Imagination Station is a not-for-profit, 501(C)3 Christian Learning Center, located within the Holland/Zeeland Community.
Imagination Station is licensed to provide care for 166 children ages 6 weeks through school age. Our learning environment consists of eight individually equipped and age appropriate classrooms. Each of our classrooms are facilitated by a Lead Teacher, supported by an Assistant Teacher, and an Aide. Our thematic based curriculum, Baby Signs and Zoo Phonics programs all emphasize and provide children of all ages hands on opportunities and experiences.
Imagination Station opened its doors in May 2003 with the primary purpose of providing a "World Class Child Care Program of Excellence ". When parents leave their children with us they can be confident that their child(ren) will receive all the physical, emotional and social nurturing that every child needs. While meeting the early childhood development and academic needs of its young children, Imagination Station has done this and all within a Christian environment.
Imagination Station is supported not only by its daily leadership staff:
- Alyssia Kalman; Administrative Assistant (Alyssia@istation.org)
- Holly Crow, Curriculum Coordinator (Holly@istation.org)
but also by countless volunteers, which include:
- Gina Prince; Executive Director
- Board of Directors (made up local Christian businessmen and women who support the work of Imagination Station)
